浅议青少年犯罪的成因及预防
摘 要
青少年犯罪一直是我国一个比较严重的社会问题,并且随着不利于青少年健康成长的因素在逐渐增多,青少年犯罪年龄低龄化、犯罪方式成人化、犯罪手段残忍化的趋势日益突出,且成逐年上升趋势,位居刑事犯罪的首位.我国现代有关犯罪的法律法条中还没有出现“青少年犯罪”这一称谓,但作为青少年这一特殊群体中的部分个体因其某些已构成“犯罪”的行为给社会造成的负面影响,已成为世界各国共同关注的热点.本文首先从法理上对青少年犯罪进行了界定,分析了青少年违法犯罪的主客观原因,简要介绍了预防和减少青少年违法犯罪的对策.

Juvenile delinquency is always our country comparatively grave social problem, and with the fact that the factor being harmful for teen-agers to grow up healthy and sound is increasing by gradually , low age of age melts juvenile delinquency , commit a crime way grow up-rization , commit a crime the ruthless-rization trend of means is gradually outstanding, and able year by year uptrend, the place lives in the first place of crime. "Juvenile delinquency " does not appear in modern our country law law strip in connection with committing a crime this one appellation, already compose but the negative effect that the behavior "committing a crime" brings about to society as teen-agers part individual in this one peculiar group because of it's some , already become the hot spot that all the countries in the world shows solicitude for commonly. The main body of a book is fixed first from the boundary having been in progress to juvenile delinquency on legal principle , have analysed teen-agers law-violations and crime host objective cause , brief countermeasure having introduced law-violations and crime taking precautions against and cutting down teen-agers's.

Juvenile delinquency,one of the modestly serious social problem that the tendency keeps in the elevating,has ranks as the head of the crimes. Wtih the disadvantage factors to juvenile development increasing, the phenomena of the nowaday juvenile crime are in lowering trend of criminal age，adult trend in crime committing,and cruer method trend in crime.
There is no apellation yet in legal provision in association with our modern national legislation。But it has turnd into the hot news,obtaining solicitude the world since the negative impact made by certain unlegal action by certain participater among the junvenile.
This article firstly through definition on juvenile delinquency,analyse the subjective and objective causes of cirme and make a simple intruduction of the methods of preventing as well as reducing the juvenile delinquency.
