这里应该是被动.
前面那部分是状语,要看那个动词remind跟句子的主语manger之间是怎样的关系
根据句意,是那个经理被告知不要错过那班航班,所以他匆忙赶去机场.
被告知,是被动 the manager is reminded not to do sth.(一般性的被告知）
或者是the manager has been reminded not to do sth.（强调“已经”被告知）
所以现在用动词的过去分词reminded来作状语,
Reminded not to miss the flight at 15:20,the manager set out for the airport in a hurry.
句子相当于As he is reminded not to miss the flight at 15:20,the manager set out for the airport in a hurry.
reminded这过去分词含有了被动的意味,如果是reminding ,应该是manager自己主动发出这动作,他提醒别人的
