In the currect society, you can find the investment issues everywhere. With the development of the economy, how to make the most appropriate investment decision and get maximum return out of it gradually become on the the hot topics of all economic activities.
This paper, through the analysis of investment issues and application of simple/pure/single investment method, as well as calculation of a real engineering case, solved the issue of optimization of investment and got the optimized investment scheme. Furthermore, an analysis of sensitivity test on a real case was made. In such a way, we got the feasibility and operability of the simple/pure/single investment method in the investment issues.
