黏胶纤维又称人造棉,是一种再生纤维素纤维,以天然纤维素为原料经湿法纺丝而制成,具有皮芯层结构,因其优良的服用性能,广泛应用于染整行业,特别是活性印花工艺中,产品深受消费者喜爱.而活性翠兰染料因其特殊的铜酞菁结构,使得染料大分子向纤维内渗透扩散比较困难,印花织物色浅且色萎.所以印花时需借助大量的尿素来吸湿助溶,尿素中含有丰富的氮元素,近年来随着人们对地球环保意识的提高,作为造成水质污染(富营养化)的物质,即氮、磷系化合物,减少其用量已成为染整工业的重要课题之一.同时传统的印花方法多采用汽蒸固色,因为汽蒸时水分供应充足,对印染助剂的要求不高,就可以达到良好的印染效果.但是汽蒸固色需要的时间很长,往往要半个小时,能耗量是非常大.在目前全球资源极度匮乏的状况下,人人着手,尽可能的降低能耗,节约资源,从个人到企业走好可持续发展的道路,也是我们印染行业发展的新方向.所以本文就如何减少人造棉活性翠兰K-GL染料印花工艺中尿素的用量进行探索,同时采用焙烘固色的印花方法,缩短固色时间(30min→130s),降低能耗,节约资源.实验中我们将寻找一系列的环保尿素替代品或助剂,来添加到印花色浆中,同时相应的减少尿素的用量,观察印花效果的不同,找到印花效果最好的配方,就是我们探索的目的所在.

In the experiment we will look for a series of environmental protection urea alternative or adjuvant, to add to the printing paste, while the corresponding reduction in the amount of urea, printing effect is different, to find the best formula is printing effect, we explore the purpose.
