Stonehenge
Early Britons built Stonehenge from bluestone and a very hard sandstone called sarcen. Most of the stones of Stonehenge stand in incomplete formations of circles. Theories of the role of Stonehenge range from the supernatural-one says the legendary wizard Merlin built it-to sacrifices linked to sun worship. Stonehenge is the main material of blue stones, a small 5 tons, weighs 50 tons large. Stonehenge was the largest cemetery in Britain at the time, containing about 250 ashes from cremations.Experts say Stonehenge may have been built as some kind of ceremonial or religious structu.

I believe that the people who built Stonehenge are Stone age Einsteins! I'm not exactly sure who built it, but many think that its main purpose was to be used as some kind of calender. I agree with them, It marked important astrological events. It may also have had a religious purpose.
