head作动词时,表示“朝着……方向走去”.如:The bus headed to the south.公共汽车朝南方开过去.Where are you heading for?你要到哪儿去?也可以表示"率领"如head a delegation(代表团)
所以这里headed&heading都可以用,前者是过去分词形式表示已经发生过了的,后者是进行式表示将来时态.

headed在这里的意思是他正在朝向逃亡,要去的地方
was heading，有这个用法,就是正在发生, 应该是was heading for 加"for"

不可以代替
headed在这里指的是他正在前往的地方
was heading，貌似没有这个用法吧？？
