2 ask 主语应该是人 这里是mail
3 the same 好像比较特殊 只跟 that
1.the first time sb do/does/did sth"某人第一次做某事时"，the first time 引导的是一个时间状语从句，用法相当于when...
2.request sth "请求给予某物"；ask "询问……"“问……”；ask for sth"要某物"
3.英文中the same..... 仅仅与that/as 搭配，不存在the same..... which
