一般的选C的话 后面就会接个but......... 楼主可以试着读一下

答案肯定是C表示愿意帮忙但时间在下午的晚些时候既2:30以后。
A项觉不可能是答案，一事因为拒绝的语气太过生硬，二是和后文在句意上无法匹配。
