I have had my morning run since I got up this morning.这句话如果要用完成时的话,就要用since,而不是once.
如果不需要强调完成时,那就用过去时：
I had my morning run after got up this morning.不要用already.
所谓morning run,也是习惯用语,不需要加不加的.

I already went for a morning run right after I got up this morning, 既然是早上已经跑过的自然是过去式，morning run我之所以加了morning是想强调是晨练跑步，不是在路上赶车的那种跑，但是可以变通的。其他有什么问题大家再讨论。

第一句都是一般现在时。第二句意思就有问题，你怎么可能刚起床就跑完步了？你在床上跑吗？应该是刚起床就去跑步吧。
I've done it once I got up sounds better.
每天一起床就跑步 = The first thing of the day is running.
我今天刚起床就已经跑过步了 = When I wake up today, I finished my running for the day. (这句话，你的中文有逻辑错误）
