随着经济全球化的不断发展,人们生活水平不断提高,人们体育意识不断增强,以体育健身娱乐、观赏各类体育竞赛及尝试体育刺激与挑战等为目的的体育旅游项目也不断发展,是当前旅游业发展的一项重要项目.体育旅游业的兴起,无疑会有效地充实和丰富现代旅游业的内涵,提升其旅游产品结构,推进旅游业的可持续发展.丽江市体育旅游资源丰富,旅游业以成为丽江支柱产业,丽江市通过不断发展体育旅游,促进丽江市旅游业的整体的提升,目前已有一定的成效.本文通过文献资料对丽江市体育旅游项目的发展现状进行分类研究,用问卷调查法调查了体育旅游者的现状,通过访谈体育旅游从业人员了解了从业人员的现状,得出以下结论：首先,丽江市体育旅游在丽江以有一定基础,有些品牌在全国有一定的知名度；其次,丽江市体育旅游项目还不够丰富,在项目规划时出现重复、雷同现象,未能有效的利用丽江丰富的自然资源；然后,体育旅游者和体育旅游从业人员对体育旅游的认识不足；最后,宣传力度不够和人才的缺乏阻碍了丽江市体育旅游的发展；
