内容摘要：随着我国国有商业银行股份制改造的全面展开,国有商业银行不可能再将对不良资产的处置完全依赖于国家,因而国有商业银行如何在当前的条件下进行不良资产处置方式的制度创新,无疑成为国有商业银行股份制改造中所必须予以重点关注的问题.在这方面,部分国有商业银行采取了不良资产集中经营管理模式,对传统不良资产处置方式进行变革,本文对此制度创新予以分析和评判.
