We learned your esteemed company through "Korea Export" for which we are interested in cooperating with you for the selling of your products in our country.
We have been engaged in indent business successfully as exclusive representative for our principals on a commission basis for many years. We solicit orders from our clients in behalf of your firm and ask the buyer to establish an irrevocable Letter of Credit in your favor. Once the shipment effected and L/C collected by you, our 5% reserved commissions on the value of merchandise must be remitted to us.
If you do not export your products to our country yet or no sales representative, we trust that we shall have the pleasure of rendering you similar services and expand your export business to our market.
In order that we cold sell your products with the best results we would like to request for an "Agency Agreement"granting us the sole selling right to sell your products to importers in our country.
