If you want to be a fit person, you should eat everything healthy that can make you healthy. Most men think that meat is tasty and they like it so much that they eat a lot every meal. Plenty of meat and fish can help keep you healthy. According to some scientists,it is important for adults and teenagers to eat enough meat and fish. A large number of children hate eating vegetables because they always think that vegetables have bad taste. But vegetables have lots of vitamins. The number of fresh vegetables even has the vitamins that an adult need a week. How nourishing the vegetables are! Fruit is also very important. It's healthy and many women think it not only has plenty of vitamins,but can keep them slim as well. And some scientists said that breakfast is the most important meal for a day. So it is necessary for everyone to have a nice breakfast. Many children may don't eat some nourishing that eat so many snacks. I think it isn't healthy for them.
